Need to return something? No problem at all.

Go to ‘My Account’ and create a request for the item(s) you wish to return. We will manage the rest starting from scheduling a reverse pick-up at your doorstep.

Just submit your return request within 14 days of delivery and ensure your returned item is new, unused, and has the original tags. We will take care of things from there.

Refund or Store Credits

We know sometimes in life you need options, so we made sure to consider that for your returns at RitzyMatey. You can either opt for a refund to your original payment method for a $20 fee or ask for store credit to your account, free of charge.

Please note that the amount returned will exclude any custom duties, levies or taxes paid by us on your behalf from the original purchase, as some orders will be shipped internationally.

Exchanges

Exchanges can get complicated, can’t they? If you’d like to exchange your item for an alternate piece, we suggest you return it and purchase a new one separately. Problem solved.

All RitzyMatey products are specially made for you. Upon receiving the order, we take a period of 1-7 days to have your garment hand-crafted in a luxury studio in London.

Because we consider all orders urgent, they are express shipped using FedEx International priority. This service expedites transit time to a period of 1-4 days depending on the destination.

We work closely with our shipping partner to eliminate potential delays. Should there be any unavoidable issues, we will inform you immediately. However, as all international orders are subject to, and at the discretion of, country specific customs clearance, we encourage you to shop for any special events in advance – just in case.

DELIVERY ISSUES

We go to great lengths to ensure that every order that crosses our goal post is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or in error, don’t worry about a thing. Just drop us a message with the images of the item(s) received and we’ll take care of you immediately.
